"Good value, especially with the free Wi-fi. Breakfast was quite good, also. Included breads, some sliced meat, boiled eggs. Landbergstrasse was a nice place to do a little shopping, too, on a Saturday morning. Very convenient to the S-bahn for the airport"

Hotel Tessinis situated in Munich- Laim between Schloss Nymphenburg, the castle of the former Bavarian King Ludwig II and the main train station. The public transport stop LAIM is only 100 meter from the hotel and you have direct access to TRAIN STATION AND OLD CITY CENTRE WITHIN 6 MINUTES .

Due it is the main line for so called SBAHN you have every 3 minutes a train wich will bring you to the very city centre. the AIRPORT S-BAHN LINE no. 8 OR no. 1 is comeing every 10 minutes and takes approx. 35 min. to the airport directly.

All rooms are very comfortable and pleasently decorated. Each room is furnished with great care and equipped with private shower/ WC/ hairdryer/ cable-tv/ tel/ W-LAN. The city center of Munich can be reached in less than 7 minutes , using any of the all modern public means of transportation. The public transport stop of the so called SBAHN is only 200 meter away from the hotel. the name of the stop you have to get off is LAIM . Nearly every line of the SBAHN is passing by the stop LAIM ( except line no. 7 not passing by ) From the airport there is a direct connection by s bahn to stop LAIM; get on Sbahn no. 8 OR Sbahn no.1 from airport direction city city centre and get off stop LAIM.
